Hi folks, today I received news from Martin Klocke.

I think he does a good job with a lot of passion to reactivate the SHERPA idea.

Dear friends of Sherpa Watches,
While testing the prototypes of the first models to be launched this autumn, we wanted to give you an update what will happen next.
We will continue testing and refining the prototypes to prepare launch and series in autumn.
And we will appear at three events to show the watches and our brand to the public and watch aficionados:
1. Preview of our brand and presentation of one model (prototype) at the watch weekend in Hamburg, 25.-26. September 2021
2. Official launch of the brand and two models at the watch time fair in Düsseldorf, 29.-31. October 2021
3. Follow up at watch weekend in Frankfurt 20.-21. November 2021
Watch production is planned to start around the watch time and we plan to start selling watches around that time.
The new website will all details about brand and models will also go live during the watch time fair.
This year showed to be quite challenging on the supply side, not just for us.
So keep fingers crossed, we are glad to finally go into production!
And we would be very glad to meet at least some of you on these venues.

I had the pleasure of holding both watches in my hand yesterday. There is a lot of heart in it, you can see that immediately.

I keep my fingers crossed that the hard work will pay off.

They want to much money for a remake who is tired of remakes. Most of the time remakes are
made cheaper than the original because you can’t afford a original not in this case.

My thoughts exactly, why would I pay more for a remake rather than what a decently sorted original is worth.
