2013-10-22 12.51.12.jpg 2013-10-22 12.51.23.jpg Finally arrived, long awaited another black dial pie pan constellation with pink gold markers, ref 14902 from 1962, yet again with the incorrect crown.
hope you enjoy! will sit nicely with my black dial 168 005.

Wow! Very nice combination, steel case & rose markers. Dibs. :D

    Edit: How is the caseback?

    Nice .
Yes, you need a crown and a correct second hand, too. Looks like it's for the dome dial, cut short to fit piepan (color doesn't match, either)

Great black dial. Are the endpieces right for this reference or are there specific ones for them? Thanks in advance.

good spot, just took a look at another one sold on this very forum earlier this year to compare, does the new owner still post here? as interestingly my serial number is 2 digitals off the one sold earlier!!!!! That must be close to a record.

ps apologies for not seeking permission to post image first.

    Hey, this is mine!
Glad we have a twin black connie ;)
No problem about posting it; picture is from the seller.
Mine came with papers; serial number dates it to 1962, but it was sold in 1964.

    Hello Tritium,

I was hoping the owner of the twin would see my post, I noticed yours had papers and used yours for comparison, great to see 2 owners of the same version of Connie on the same forum. Mine came with a BOR bracelet with 570 end-pieces and Omega period box.

There must be any other examples of this version in the forum. I'd like to see the MSNWatch one :)
But with so close serials I don't think.
So we are twins on that!
Replace the wrong parts as said before, service it and enjoy it.
    What is your next target?
