Postman just dropped off this beauty. I found this from a guy that purchased it from a jeweler going out of business who sold Omega's. It came with all the goodies...boxes, hang tag, blue protective film still on clasp, serial # sticker on case back, and blank warranty card with the jewlers name stamped on it. I've been looking for one for awhile and couldn't pass this one up in this condition. The serial # dates to around 2001 so it will be off the watchmaker to have a look and talk about a service. There is not a scratch on it. Enjoy!
Thanks! Yeah, finding one from a store that never sold is probably next to impossible, but somehow I managed! I've been on a Omega buying spree over the past year....this makes # 7 to date and this will complement my 2254.
We should have the good fortune, at least once in a lifetime, to a find as beautiful as your Buck2466. Congtrats!
Thanks! At first I thought the airplane on the hang tag had something to do with the GMT feature, but I see that it also has GMT on the tag. If anyone knows I would like to know too.
The explanation I have is in Italian: Cambio ora rapido senza interuzione. If anyone has a better translation than I can manage through google ("quick time change without interruption"), chip in !
I regret so much selling mine. Owned it for over 5 years and wore it about 90% of that time. Great well built watch. Probably like it more than my 16570 explorer II. Congrats on a great buy!
