    Hello OF members,

I really liked the NATO strap of the Commander's watch from the moment it was released and I wanted to purchase it for my Diver 300M.
However Omega customer service refused to tell me the reference number and they said they are not selling it separately because it "is fitted with a Nato strap dedicated for this specific model".

I have contacted several OBs and apparently they were able to tell me the reference number of the strap 032CWZ006531 so I have ordered it from one of them. Price was 150 Euros.

    cheers

Yes. It is. I have contacted the CS via the website and their response was disappointing but I didn't give up and the OBs were able to give me the reference number and order the strap as well.

I could be wrong, but I think the offerings on the website depends on what country you are in. For example, the Velcro Moonwatch band is not available in the U.S. store...or I was looking in the wrong place. Others have said they can see it and have purchased it online through Omega website.

With all due respect I think you are wrong here.
It doesn't really matter but if that would be the case what you just mentioned, then why omega CS refused to I've me the reference number?

In addition it is not available on https://nato.omegawatches.com/en

You're definitely right that it was wrong for Omega CS to refuse to give you the reference number. But, I was just curious if others around the world have different availability than here in U.S. on the website...

It looks great. I have been trying to do the same for the Ultraman Nato strap, but ran into the same problem you have. Has anyone here succeeded in buying the strap separately? And if so, can you share the reference number?

1 is branded which is what the CS told you and not for sale. The other is unbranded (bond) and able to be purchased.

    No mystery here.

AFAIK there is no unbranded Ultraman strap.

This wouldn't surprise me... I've seen it with other manufacturers - different (and sometimes much better/cooler, IMO) offerings for various countries. Probably a result of market research and whatnot, but even so I wish it was all available to all countries.

Oh, and to the OP - looks great!

I think you are right. Initially I though the NATO of the Commander's watch is branded but after a I have watched a few videos on youtube I have realized it is not. In spite CS told me that it is not for separate sale, I have contacted a few OBs and they gave me the reference.

As for the NATO of ST2, it might be worth to try to contact a few OBs and ask for the reference number and see if they can share the info and eventually order the strap. However, I am not 100% convinced that it will work for the ST2.
