What differentiates a normal MKII from a telestop?

Never heard of one.

 

On the pusher an external system can be screwed to stat stop and reset the chronograph , also the telestop as been produced in a very low numbers , looks like 50 pieces only.

If anyone as more info welcome, as we say rarity doesn’t mean high value also
