Nice dial and shiny movement. Short/wrong second hand has to be replaced. Hour/minute hand need some clean up or relume.
Was told when I bought the watch that the watch was originally ....if I change that hands won't it devalue the watch ?
No, the watch never came with that short second hand originally. Somebody either broke it or replaced with the wrong one. The hour and minute hands are already in bad condition and their value has already gone, so a good relume would not devalue further. You can certainly keep them like that, if you like.
Thank for the info ... Given I got it on the cheep it's certainly worth getting the corect second hand for the watch and the hour and minute hands refurbished.
