I think these are new for 2017, I'm guessing geared more toward women

The oval sub dials aren't for me. I like that there's lots of aesthetic choices for people though. I also like the 38mm size.

Of all of them, and discounting the diamond bling models, this one is the most attractive to me (though not nearly attractive enough to actually spend money on). At least Omega are trying something a little bit different with this line rather than just rehashing the current lineup by randomly shaking up their parts bins and seeing what falls out together :cautious:

    Vaguely interesting 38mm Speedmaster.png

*edit* and on further reflection, I realise that the indentations on the bezel look like a nice new design touch. Now if they had been really radical they could have ditched the obsolete tachy bezel and put on an adjustable 12 hour bezel and, hey presto, you'd have a dual timer. Maybe a bit radical for most though. I don't want to be hunted down as a dangerous heretic and "re-educated" by Speedie fans :D

The oval effect on the subdials and the date window is giving me a nails-on-a-chalkboard reaction

Square Date window at 4:30 would butch it up a lot.

Oval date windows are feminine and dressy... missing the point on the grey dial which reads as a tool watch.

The oval window works on the more blingy ones though.

You just nailed what was bothering me about this. That simple change would make a big difference.
