Nice! I don't suppose you have a part number for the blue? Do you know if it's available without the deployant, or only sold as a kit? I have an Omega deployant I can use.
Usually available separately, I’ve only one deployant that I swap between a couple of straps I have.

It IS possible to have the strap & deployant separately.

Those are pretty sharp looking. Looks perfect on the 300m’s

I had been going round and round looking at the alligator or rubber deployant for the Aqua Terra.

I was surprised that the rubber was only $2 cheaper than the alligator. ($608 and $610}

I ended up buying just the deployant... sorry foldover clasp, to use the correct nomenclature.. I’m going to experiment with straps.

It is indeed available in both black & blue. My dealer had ordered both for. They are $500 + tax.

I did decide to pass on the black since my white 300M is already on the rubber w/tang. The $500 wasn't worth replacing it IMHO. However the blue was only on the bracelet, and now on the deployant.

I currently own the blue SMP with the blue rubber & bracelet, but I always wondered what the black OEM rubber would look like on the blue SMP.
Would you mind posting a few photos and wrist shots with the black rubber on the blue SMP ?

Nice! Thanks for the pics. Does the side feel similar? As in the hole you use on your pin buckle strap the sand as the one on the new strap? I have a 7” wrist and use the current strap one hole in from the tightest. Wondering if the regular size strap still fits.

I am also a 7" wrist (relatively flat). Admittedly, I am kind of "in between" what I would consider my optimal fit on both. They both feel the same to me, but I have not measured.

I wear it on the 2nd hole on the pin buckle and new strap, which is slightly loose. Without the heft of the bracelet plus the grip of the rubber it holds the watch securely enough.

Reviving this to inquire: any idea what the part number for the deployant rubber strap and/or clasp is for the blue SMP?

*Edit: nevermind, found it -- blue rubber strap: CVZ015753, deployant clasp: 94521883

I wish that there was a rubber strap that we could use with the clasp from the bracelet.

Which one is more comfortable? I just bought a Blue seamaster on bracelet, and want to order rubber. Trying to decide between tang buckle or the deployant option. Please advise? also my wrist is 17 cm...do I order the regular size strap or small?
