Neptunes Trident Vintage 1940

I Have a watch owned by my Dad. I’m unable to find out much about it. Can anyone give me an idea of value?
It is working, needs new glass as its badly scratched/cracked. The size as been classed as boy’s or women’s size. Is it as rare as I think it is? I appreciate any help
