Yup 1 of 3.

The rarest of all speedies. Some argue it doesn’t count as they are not regular production.

Damn fine piece

Holy smokes that's cool. Saving y'all a click, here's the man, and below is a better shot of the watch.

This is way way way cooler than any other celebrities wearing their speedies. A true educator and such a cool watch. Incredible.

I am a big fan and i have seen dozens of his interviews on YouTube. I could figure out that it was a solid gold speedy on black leather but its nice to know which model it is!

From what I have gathered here and here, Jean Michel Jarre (musician and composer of hit Oxygen) and someone (please help fill the blanks...) who represented the CBS show “Big Bang Theory”.
These were the 2017 recipients, so if the tradition perpetuated to subsequent years (Eg, 2019), then I would guess that more than 3 of these watches have been issued... perhaps to Brian Eno, Elon Musk, etc.

Cool guy and cool story, but if that watch was a regular production Speedy, it would be rotting on boutique shelves LOL
