Need your opinion! Omega Speedmaster Day-Date, 3520.50.00 - Offered in a trade

Hi everyone,

Need some help and info from experienced watch lovers!

When selling my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 2200.50.00 ( 2007 - Full Set) - I am offered a trade.

The person offers me:
An Omega Speedmaster Day-Date 3520.50.00 ( 2007, Full Set) AND a Maurice Lacroix Pontos PT7538/48 (2008 - Full Set).
Both in good condition.

At first sight this seems a good deal to me, but I can’t find a lot information about these watches...

1) What is in your opinion the value of the Speedmaster, and what is the value of the Maurice Lacroix?
2) Do they even move?

Any help would really be appreciated!
