··Melbourne AustraliaI suspect that this is a locally cased model (i.e. not Swiss cased) and that the dial may have been re-done.
(hard to tell though from such bad pics).
The bracelet is also not original to the watch.
If you can get the watch opened by a decent watchmaker, and post CLEAR photos of the insides of the watch (movement/caseback) we may be able to assist you further.
