    Hello,
This watch belonged to my grandmother and my mother and I were curious as to when it could have been made and possible value. I tried researching it myself, but I'm not too sure what the actual serial number is and can't seem to find this exact watch no matter which number I search for. There is a number (P68802-14) scratched into the back cover, too. I haven't seen that on any other watch. What does this mean? If somebody could please assist me in identifying this model, I'd very much appeciate it.

It’s worth a lot, because it was you grandmothers and should be Cherished as such.

Possibly a watchmakers mark from when the watch was serviced.

Omega made hundreds and hundreds of ladies watches in many, many more styles than they did for gents watches. Some were designated "models" like De Ville, Constellation etc, but the majority (and there were thousands) were simply Omega ladies watches.

Of course it is. We are not going to sell it. Just asking out of curiosity.
Just found out my mother actualy bought it for my grandmother in the 70's.

Thank you, Jim for explaining that to me. Every time I tried a search I'd get nothing but "model" names.
