I am trying to find some info on this old Omega watch. Ser# puts the watch to about 1915. It has a broken balance staff I would like to have fixed. Not even sure it is an authentic Omega watch.

The gilded movement (instead of the more common nickel), and the redial makes me think this is a re-cased pocket watch movement. I am really not that up to speed with the Omega Pocket Watch Caliburs, but perhaps it could be an Omega 12'"?

I would be more than happy to be corrected though by someone more knowledgable.

I think it is definitely a re-cased movement, which is what I gently suggested in my first post. As you will see if you look at the thread that I linked, the same movements were used in early Omega wristwatches, so it is difficult to say if the movement was originally in a PW or early WW, although the former is more likely.

The movement is authentic Omega something like the following. For identification purposes, it would be helpful for you to measure the size of the movement.
