Need help with Universal Tri compax dial.

New member hello to the whole family.
A friend who is a watch collector recently decided on some of his favorite watches and he gave me a Tri-compax watch face as pictured. I didn't know, so I searched on forums about Universal but I couldn't find any watch faces that were the same as the ones I had. Is it genuine? For which reference and size 31.5 is compatible with 35 or 37mm housing?
Any comments are welcome.

I had never seen those markers before, it strikes me that the font of the numbers is different (the 3 for example)

Oh you have a very delicate look. It is true that the number 3 it has a heterogeneous font. But if it's a remade dial, it's pretty good. Thank you for your input.
