Need help with this insert!

I'm thinking about getting this particular insert from a seller but I wanted to confirm it's the real deal with the experts out there. I believe it is a mark 3 but the only thing that has me worried is the hole where the pearl should be. It looks a bit off center, the hole looks slightly bigger than it should? It seems to lean towards the right of the triangle. Should I be worried?

The writing looks to thin for a mk III. I am not an expert, but I would say it is a modern insert that has been artificially aged.

Ur pics didn't show on trf on my phone. I didn't get to c them until now. It is a mark 3 FF, albeit later. The hole seems a little too big. Compare it to my pic below. It's common for them to b off centered but usually the hole never touch the border of the triangle. As far as the fading, it's kinda funky. If the back is still reasonably black, it's most likely organic.
