Greetings! I am new to vintage omega and am still learning about different models back in 50s and 60s. I recently purchased a 1960 9k gold case omega w/ cal 267. The case back says OA 2900. I googled a little bit and noticed that the font of the numbers (3,9,12) on the dial seems a little bit different from similar watches that I found online. Also, I noticed some weird marks inside the circle of number 9 on the dial (and number 3 as well). The seller did not mention anything about "redial". Does the dial look original to you guys? Thank you very much for your help!
Looks like a foreign made gold case (UK) for that market. Looks Perfect to me. Dates to about 1959. Here is it’s twin, remember dials have variation within references but this is a perfect match. https://www.sellingantiques.co.uk/2...e-267-ref-oa-2900-mens-watch-with-box-c1957/# Similar but not identical Omega made case. https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/watch-omega-other-omega-ck-2900
Thank you for your reply! One reason that I ask for help is because I saw the watch in the first link that you mentioned. I thought the fonts of the numbers on the dials are different between the two watches. Maybe it is just because of different angles of the pics. Anyway, thanks again for your help!
