    And the parts ;-)
Now this is NOT an Omega movement so donor parts might be available elsewhere. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the original movement (electric, not electronic, as it's basically a mechanical movement with an electric winder that kicks in every 20 minutes) handy but someone else might remember.

Yes Linus, I did see your post last week. Sorry, I can't help - as webvan says above, it's not even an Omega movement. I know nothing about electrics...

It looks similar to the movement of a UG desk clock I have (and which is also non marked). I recall reading somewhere that the were produced by a model train company but can not find the link anymore.

Why not just replace it with a cheap quartz unit?

This looks like a Portescap movement to me.

They made some nice clocks with that Portescap movement https://clockdoc.org/?aid=1632 but that's not the one used here as it's not really an electrical movement, it's just wound electrically every 20 minutes. I'll see if I can find some of my notes...

EDIT - some searching brought up the Relide clocks https://mb.nawcc.org/threads/tiffany-relide-clock-odd-clock-need-info.53106/ and pictures on the net do indeed show they used the same movement, however that still doesn't tell us the name of the movement :
