1970´s Seamaster F300 Tuning Fork. The condition looks quite worn and a bit shabby with that damaged dial. Can´t advise on value really but it won´t be that much unless you can get it running, probably $100-150 as-is http://electric-watches.co.uk/makers/omega/omega-f300-tuning-fork/
Try change the battery. If it starts running, well you should be looking at the double of Cristos estimate
Few little additions. Looks like it has an aftermarket and incorrect crystal (glass on it)... which has a crack through it... so that's going to need replacing. The dial black faced variants tend to go like that when there has been water/moisture inside the case, I'd take the verdigris on the second hand as further indication of this. Looks like an aftermarket tag style bracelet... Market value on a good, running f300 cone seamaster, with correct bracelet is around £400... these are not hugely loved pieces no matter what ebay sellers are asking. As to getting it running, it might be a battery, or it might be something more... worse case you're looking £300+ for Paul at Electric Watches to fix it.... and at that point you're going to be pretty out of pocket. If you're not attached to the watch, stick it on eBay for 99p/$1/€1 no reserve, and see what it goes for.
