I bought a watch from a private seller in Austria.
We are trying to use DHL but they refuse to ship any watch higher than EUR10000 in declared value. The watch being sold has value higher than this.
I've confirmed this with DHL in the destination country as well.
If we declare 10000 as value, insurance can't be covered fully.
Anyone know of any other options that work for shipping out of Austria for items above eur10000, with full insurance coverage?
