It's a zenith 146d movement missing the dial and crystal. No idea what it's worth in parts. Someone might have a dial and hands for it.
It is missing the hour wheel too, and maybe some parts are worn and will need to be replaced. You can try to find a dial, but before spending good money, I would have the movement checked by a watchmaker. He could also measure the case in order to know the needed size for the dial.
