I have the speedmaster pro 145022-68st, on Otto Frei I saw one that the part number is OME-PW 5139. Can you tell me if this is the correct one for my watch?

Well, if that part is actually an 063PW5139, then yes it is the correct crystal. Otto Frei uses bastardized parts numbers in some cases, so this looks to be the right thing based on the last few digits...

I order from them regularly and that is the correct part for your 145.022. They just use OME-PW 5139 internally for their ordering purposes. In this case 063PW5139, Omega's part # is shown at top of description. (It has the correct black reflector ring.)
