my omega constellation marine got a chip on the sapphire crystal so I’m looking to replace it and was told that i will need a new glass gasket as well.
Can anyone point me the direction of getting both of these?
The only current source for parts would be via an Omega certified watchmaker or Omega themselves.
You will not be able to buy these parts from them though.
If any of the material parts houses (Cousins/Boley etc) have old stock you may get lucky, even eBay if you know the part numbers to search by.
However, you will need the reference number of the case to start your search. This can be found on the inside of the caseback. Looks like a 396.0879
Hi @Newblau68! I'm in a similar situation, have a really pretty Constellation Chronometer with a chipped crystal. Did you ever get yours fixed and if so, how? Were you able to source a crystal for it? Thanks!
