From my point of view the Seamaster is different form the usual coathanger S of that time but I'm a liitle bit confused about the different shapes
The font also seems a bit too thin.

I also think the dial is in far too good condition.

Your link is broken. IMO dial is original and in good condition. Not sure about crown. 2978 is a Ladymatic. You sure that is correct?

At the bottom there is only "Swiss" instead of "Swiss Made" but I have seen that on others
