Hello, experts from Omega !!! I'm a complete beginner when it comes to antique clocks, so any help and advice will be highly appreciated.

I guess it's a chronograph with a Landeron 48 movement pretending to be an Omega. Probably a standard Chronographe Suisse with a repainted dial and a faked-up bridge in the movement. I think you can even see that the area of the dial around the logo has a different color background.

+1. What you have here is one of these: https://omegaforums.net/threads/can-anyone-authenticate-this-watch-for-me.76148/#post-965815

BTW часы translates as watch for something you wear or carry, and clock for something that stays in one place. Hours is a literal translation but we don't use it that way in English.
