Just googling, and others with more expertise than me may well have a different view, it may be an early 60s pre-De Ville, Seamaster 14765.
This is what I found on Google.
You can google yourself.
Yours looks as though it may have a monocoque case which means that the back isn’t removable and a professional watchmaker - not the guy in the mall - would have to remove the crystal, the crown, and the stem to gain access to the movement, which will have a serial number and a movement number which will tell you a lot. Also the inside of the case will have a case number.
Get your watchmaker to photograph the numbers etc.
The watch will need a service and would look better with a nicer strap.
The crown looks wrong and you might get it replaced and the crystal could be polished or replaced.
To preserve the watch’s vintage character (assuming that’s what you want to do), it would be best to take it to a watchmaker who has experience servicing vintage watches and who also has an Omega parts account. If you can tell us where you’re located, we may be able to recommend someone.
