Hello, been having this watch for years but never really thought too much about it, all i know is that it came from my grandfather passed down to my father. It still runs, if anyone know anything, let me know :D

    Hi,

It is in silver and has the 19'' movement shape. What is the size of the movement?

Oh, yeah about 3.7mm. Found this now and it appears the watch is from 1868

Can't be from 1868 as the first Omega - with this movement shape - is from 1894. Could be a 16 "lignes" (French speaking Swiss "Sizes").
