    I've not seen that one before. You need to remove the case back and there should be a model number on reverse side.

    Also you should record the serial number and calibre number which will be engraved on the movement

    1966 would be a better bet.

    Looks a lot like a ref B6687 that's had the lugs cut off and the bracelet attached. Norman Morris had a pretty free hand at creating unique styles for the US market.
