The information that will really help identify your watch is on the inside. So, if you really want to know, you can ask a watchmaker to open it up and take lots of photos of the movement (including the serial number) and of any numbers engraved or stamped inside the case itself. It looks like the dial has been re-painted and suffered some water damage. Water can also damage the movement, so it's probably not a good idea to use the watch without having it looked at by a watchmaker anyway.
