Hi all ! Could you please help me identify this Constellation and what would be a fair price for it ? I'm sorry but i don't have any movement pictures. Any first thoughts ? Thank you very much !
It looks like a late model (1980s I think) Constellation similar to the "Manhattan" style. These came in quartz and automatic versions; normally they say "automatic" on the dial if there's a mechanical movement inside. These later Constellations are not really sought after by collectors, although the first generation of Manhattan Connies (with claws!) have a following. To get a feel for value, the best approach is to search the Sold Listings on eBay for similar styles.
