    I have this Seamaster with very atttractive dial but dont know what is the correct name of this dial type. I would appreciate any help.

    I've seen similar called Tuxedo. Not sure if that's correct.

    I've seen these dials referred to as "curtain" dials, perhaps because the dials look like the folds of stage curtain...

    I think of a tuxedo dial as a two-tone black and silver dial, sort of like this...

    Oh yes, I do think the "curtain" is more logic than the "tuxedo".

    I believe these are ribbon dials. Ribbed dials are very similar but have finer lines, although not as fine as vertical guilloché.
