So in doing some research in restoring my dads watch (a previous thread not too long ago) I seem to have taken a "liking" in vintage Omega watches. Talking to a few friends about the fun I'm having with my dads watch restoration has lead me to this one. It's a friend of mines and he says he doesn't want it. So I apologize for the pictures as they were taken rather hastily but any help would be of great service. He also mentioned the strap is original. Any information about the condition, price, if it's gold and so on would be of great benefit!!!!!!

You guys here have been fantastic (especially with the help on my past thread concerning my dads watch)
I can't wait to gets your guys advice and help with this one!!!!

Looks like a nice 168.006 . 18k case with gold dial. The second hand has dislodged and need to put back into position.

I wish someone I know would hand me a solid gold pie pan because they don't want it. And yes, that ebay auction is in the ball park.

Looks like it has an original crown, too. Big bonus right there.
