Need eyes on this Omega 2179

I'm looking at this 2179 and I'm questioning the originality of the dial. It's not marked "SWISS MADE" like most I see, and the Omega symbol looks a little off. Were these ever equipped from the factory with dials that DIDN'T say "SWISS MADE" or is this almost certainly a re-painted dial?

There may be original examples of this dial without “Swiss Made” on the dial.

My guess on this one is that it is a very old and high quality redial. The logo is very slightly different than on the original dial:
