Seller says case was polished in the past and it has a new crystal but everything else is original. My question would be does that seem legit and how high should I offer? Thanks in advance
His description sounds about right to me. But the dial is clearly not great. Have you compared it to other examples of this reference?
I like the patina. I'm a super novice. Just want to make sure that I offer fair and don't get ripped off. I'm looking for a vintage watch for my dad. One from the 1950s that he'll pass on to me and I'll pas on to my son. I love the steel cased 1950s with non matching colored hands. Looks wise this is beautiful to me thanks to the patina. Ive seen others with no patina and I prefer this look. Thanks for any advice you have
$1450 with recent proof of professional servicing. I assume its negotiable. I like the professional service record as I'm super novice.
36mm case I believe. Price is roughly 2x what I'd pay given the overall condition. Not really a collector's piece.
Seems like a high price to me. Dial isn’t in great condition with spots and tarnish, but apparently looks legit to my eyes the dial. Overall I seen worse. But as I say, price would put me off. Crown is service crown, and case middle and case back refurbished and overpolished imho. Regards
I've been there daily for several weeks. Not finding anything for 1950s steel omega with a 36mm or larger case for sale.
