Dial Seems to be fine and condition is also decent... But i will wait for the experts to chime in. My guess on the price (if every thing checks out ) would be around 2500$

No it doesn't work if you click on the link directly You have to go to ebay.de and after its load the .de home page then search for the item number.
Its a Locale issue, i guess. Unfortunately from desktop its a two step process if the seller doesnt list it as worldwide
