Need advice on this vintage seamaster which is incorrectly rewritten as speedmaster. Is this piece authentic?

 

I am not an expert, but to me, this looks like the worst fake ever !!!

 

I suspect it is real, just a repainted dial. But would need to see photos of the internals.

Why do you care? Can't imagine why it would be worth buying.

 

Dial says "Speedmaster" ...

The case and hands look fine. Crown is very likely a replacement. Make sure to get pics of the movement before even considering making this purchase.

But to be honest, it's probably best to just pass on this one.
