Hey folks! Yesterday I found this vintage omega in the drawer of my recently deceased stepfather. My mother said that he must have gotten it from his father, who died in the 60s. The watch seems to be working, the plexi has a little fissure and must be replaced. Can you please help me identify the exact model? Since I am not going to wear it myself I am about to sell it and would be happy if any of you could provide me with a price range. Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany! Oliver
I believe this model has a cal. 711, like the one in the following link: https://m.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-De-Vil...586141?hash=item33e85aa2dd:g:h54AAOSwgONa3e8ePurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Thank you. It looks like a very similar watch, although mine has a slightly bigger diameter and a structured silver dial.
Have a watchmaker open the caseback and take some pictures of the movement and the inside of the caseback. Ive never seen this type of caseback before, also seems to have a nice size.
