Need a recommendation for a servicer

Have a vintage Seamaster 168.0061 with a cal 1011 that was a gift from my pops. Is in pristine condition but running slow by about 5 minutes per day. Currently live in the Charlottesville, Virginia area but am open to anything in Virginia. Does anyone have recommendations for an Omega certified watch servicer that isn't Omega themselves? I am trying to avoid any unnecessary polishing and what not if at all possible. Thanks in advance!

I recommend running some searches using various keywords. These questions are asked very frequently, and you probably find more comprehensive answers by scanning previous threads than you will get in one particular new thread. Even better, use a search to find members in your area and ask them by PM. Many people don't want to post the contact information of their watchmaker in a public forum.

Welcome @deeticuss
What Dan said- there are a few threads here and some good watchmakers in NVA/DC. Also don’t be opposed to shipping the watch to a watchmaker out of state- it’s done often but of course there is the risk of loss during shipment which happens- rarely, but it is a possibility,

Please be advised that most of the members here can’t read so pictures of your watch are a necessity.
