The watch arrived today, a kind member highlighted to me that the watch is not totally original, any other inputs from our other brothers here?

I don''t see any replaced parts, except for the hour hand. The dial is in poor condition and it is missing the special springbar: There were several version of the watch in different metals and sizes. I'm not sure which one you have. gatorcpa
The main crown is incorrect or is badly damaged. As mentioned by @gatorcpa the hour hand is also wrong. I have never seen a gold filled version with the special spring bar so no worries on that side. These were cased in the US and Longines has little info on them. Note that some are equipped with a 10.68N movement (they have a ring spacer in that case).
