Need a little guidance if this is a fake. Any way to tell without opening it up?

Can get this watch from a reseller. Wanted to know if it's worth the $300 price tag. I would expect this to be atleast $600? Is this a good deal or am I just getting scammed?

Any signs that tell you this?
Among other things.

Minute ticks missing the four "quarter second" marks.
Print on the dial looks like it was done with a sharpie.
Squished Ω on dial.
Date window has 90º corners.
No caliber shown on caseback.
Observatory looks wonky.
No Swiss Made stamp on clasp.
No 351 engraved on bracelet end pieces.

I think these are supposed to have the serial number in the caseback.

Some do, some don't, but seeing as we don't know what the reference is, I'm going with fake (counterfeit).

Looks fake....(Also usually if it's good to be true then it's a fake!)
