The Seller description indicates "Omega chronograph manual wind movement caliber 861 movement no 48,2 million" is this a service movement as explained here?

Congrats (in advance) on getting your first Speedy. For a generic 861 based Speedy, used but in excellent condition, I think $4k USD is too much, unless you are looking for something specific, like an early 1970's, or a limited edition of some sort. I think a big dividing line for 861 Speedy's is Tritium lume versus Superluminova, if you have such a preference. Personally, I like a well aged tritium Speedy from the 80's or early 90's, over a more recent Superluminova. So, where do you find a good one... well, my advice is don't buy one of chrono24... instead, post a want-to-buy ad here on the forum, and, contact @Kringkily via PM, he is a well respected watch dealer that hundreds of us have done business with, at full satisfaction. Just tell him what you are looking for and it will magically appear.

^This is the website of the actual seller.
I'd recommend asking for more pictures, both of the side lugs and the movement. Some macro pics of the dial under varied lighting would help as well. This is especially important, as I have seen their 105.012 for sale in person, and its side lugs are not exactly what I would call unpolished, nor is the dial in the greatest condition, despite the facts that the site pictures look excellent.

You're not going to see many tritium Speedmasters better than the one at wannabuyawatch. Yes, 1991 is recent, but you have to go back to the early 70's to get something different---stepped dial, for example. Price is about what they're going for these days. It's actually cheap if (as they claim) the watch has had a full service. This is unlikely, but you could ask. I'd take this in a heartbeat over a luminova sapphire sandwich.

48.2 million serial is fine for 1991; checks out with ilovemyspeedmaster. I've had a couple of these.
