Omega 088.5081NS
You can easily find out on cousins by looking for case parts:
Home > Watch Parts & Watch Glasses > Watch Parts Branded > Omega > Omega Searches by Calibre or Case/Bracelet Numbers

They even give you the dimensions so you can use a generic one:
  • Overall diameter Ø31.60mm
  • Thickness Ø0.80mm

The crown is Omega 42062ST
  • Tap 9 (Ø0.90mm)
  • Crown Ø6.40mm
  • Crown Depth 5.05mm
O-ring dimensions for the crown I don't know, but maybe you can research of the part number.

Seals for these crowns are not sold separately, so no dimensions are given. It is general practice to replace the entire crown.

The seals on these and many other crowns is often under a washer that is pressed/swaged into the crown, making the change of the seal difficult and impractical most of the time. Some people do it, but how successful it is I don't know.
