Mystery UG Chrono case?

Hello all, a fellow UG collector friend of mine asked me if I could learn anything about these cases/casebacks. He said no serial/model can be found on the outside of the casebacks. I don’t recognize this bezel as UG (I do recognize it generally, but can’t seem to place it??). Maybe cases aren’t UG, but are fitted with UG case backs?

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I tend to think so too. And either you have a Brevet or you asked for one I'd say...

I'd err towards the casebacks and cases coming from different places.

I looked in the sala book and see nothing that comes close to the bezel configuration. I get more of a heuer vibe from the design, but the finishes of case and bezel do not look very fine in that last batch of photos he sent me (posted above).

My immediate thought was Philips/Jenny, not that it matters much. I suppose it's equally possible that the bezel insert didn't start its life in that bezel...
