Mystery Omega bumper dial. Re-dial or fake?

Ok, full disclosure, I'm new to this hobby (some of you already know), and I have seen this dial on this forum somewhere else, just cant find it. But...is this just a re-dial or fake? I know the bumpers are unique and I do know it's already been posted here, but man...this is opening a can of worms in my brain. How is this 500? Is that a real number that it's worth?

So there is nothing about these that is rare, unique or unusual, this one is in tired worn out condition with a really poorly refinished, worth parts maybe $100 or so.
