Twin incoming. Gifts from a client (who is also a friend).

Anybody here have a clue on the reference number and possible caliber?

Will have my watchmaker open the caseback after the holidays.

Thanks and merry christmas.

My research so far tells me:

1. The Baby Flightmaster is Ref. 166.090 with a cal. 1002

2. The Day-Date is Ref. 168.034 with a cal. 751

I’m clearly in the wrong business...
Two really nice Seamasters - I’m a fan of the baby Flightmaster especially. That’s a good friend!

I have three such clients. They happen to be watch enthusiasts also and been gifting me with watches. Sometimes even if there is no occasion.

First time to wear the daydate today. Since only semi quickset, waited to have time to set both day and date correctly.

Mine looks alike, but date only.

I have the same model with the 751 movement. It's a lovely watch. The rehaut and the crystal are attached and I had a new crystal inserted during a service hence the slight difference.

Here is a picture of mine with a clock from work in the background

For my daydate, was pleased to find out yesterday that the way to change the date is by pulling the crown to position 2. First watch i have seen with that kind of date change mechanism. Ive seen crowns that need to be pushed before. First time to see a crown that needs to be pulled.

Nice. Are the black things on the hour markers of our seamasters made of onyx?

@pongster I was looking at your day/date again, and I think your bezel is different from the ones you generally find on a case like this. Its usually a sunburst graining with a flat top, and yours is polished. Its certainly not a big deal. I have such a weakness for these 1970s watches from Omega.
