Special thanks to @Barking mad for parting with his Seamaster 2913-3. It arrived in fine shape and joins my 3 other early Seamasters. With vintage Speedmasters getting so expensive and scarce, the Seamaster chronos offer a (IMHO) good value. Even 321 pieces from the 50's can be had for under $2,000. These 3 chronos were all purchased in the last 6 months in that price range. I believe they are all original. Some may not like the small size, 35 mm, but they make a great ladies watch. I sourced JB Champion gold filled bracelets for 2 of the watches. They are the same style as the steel NASA bracelets.....for 10% of the price Seamaster 2913-3, 1957, A Omega Holy Trinity Watch, Movement 16460xxx. Sorry the bezel is off center.....not used to a rotating bezel. Seamaster 145.018, gold filled, 861 movement 27711xxx, circa 1968?? Seamaster 2886, 321 movement 15148xxx, circa 1956? Seamaster 2907-2, gold filled, 321 movement 15997xxx, circa 1958?, leaf subregisters!
I would love a 2913 but I think I need to start hunting for that thick lug 2907 but in stainless. Beautiful watches you have there!!!
Love the numbers on the hour sub dial of that 2886. ..and that's a good stock of spare parts for your speedies.. should it ever come to that. Beautiful watches. Wrist shot?
