Too true. When a new member needs "info" (FACTS, dammit!), who am I to give anything but unequivocal truths about his or hers horological masterpiece?
I'm just not sure if it's 100 percent authentic and the quality, I have very little knowledge with vintage watches. Please help.
As authentic as a watch with mismatched parts (look at the colors) and incorrect redial can be. They are all Omega parts, though. We have a name for watched like this..."Mumbai Specials". Probably assembled in India from pieces of several other watches. Hope this helps, gatorcpa
My first purchase, I have to say im devastated, but I really do appreciate the honesty. Mumbai special, can't believe I did not check this forum before my purchase.
