    I think that watch has a repainted dial, but I still need more pictures to be sure.

    The watch is also a bit over polished. Too tell you of its internal functioning we need to see the inside.

    The edge of the case looks a bit corroded, do not trust it into water. The movement looks appropriate to the watch, you might want to get a watchmaker to check it out and see that it is functioning OK and does or not need service.
