I have absolutely no clout, purchase history, or patience. So I was over the moon when I was able to find one of these beauties, unworn, at a good price. It took driving many many miles and meeting a stranger at an unfamiliar public park, but it's finally back home with me. I'm loving the new 36mm on the wrist. Thanks for looking!

I really like the taper not only because off the look, but it’s also very comfortable to wear.

 

Yeah, I had to go gray market. The original owner had put himself on a list a year back thinking he was gonna get a 39mm before Rolex made the announcement for a design/size change. Luckily for me, he had a much too large wrist for it.

I think they did well on this release. Its a very comfortable watch, i enjoy wearing mine.

I have the same reference. Ordered in December and received in June. I love it and I wear it lot of times.

How did you order it in December if it was announced in ~April?

 

I ordered the 214270 in December. When the new version was released, they changed automatically the order
