As many of you saw, I traded away my Rindt Autavia earlier this month and was able to reach a deal with one of this forum's great posters. A big reason that I was ready to pull the trigger on the trade, was because of this 2913-3 Seamaster. In terms of vintage Omega, I feel like these are still sleeping giants. Early 2913s almost never come up for sale, and the examples that are for sale typically have unattractive lume plots / dials. I've had this on the wrist for a couple weeks now, and love how different it feels from the straight lug Speedmasters (despite identical case dimensions).

Anyone else have some straight lugs that they want to share?

Totally agree on how they wear...the 300 is so damn solid on the wrist.

Since you helped talk into both of my straight lugs, they say hello...

Thanks @ChicagoFrog, Im really enjoying the Rindt. The Seamaster is so difficult to photograph...yours looks so much better in person.
Here are his brothers...you got the pick of the liter :)

Beauty. I also think these early Seamasters are currently undervalued. When people harp on about investments etc in vintage watches, these and Camaros are the two I always think have some way to go.

Your "etched bezel unique piece" is probably my favorite that I've seen on this forum (besides my own now). Your patina on all parts is perfect and the story of the prior owner etching the bezel is so cool.

And cheers to everyone else who has kicked in pictures of these beauties. Keep em coming!

All these pictures are also making me want to refurb my stretched 7912 bracelet so I can wear both the Speedy and SM3oo on it...
